Demand for zinc products continues to grow due to renewable energy production and the green transition. The zinc precipitation process requires safe and durable electrolysis tanks, as the zinc manufacturing process also involves handling corrosive acids. The tanks we manufacture are both chemical-resistant and flame-retardant.
We have collaborated with and supplied electrolysis tanks to one of Europe’s leading zinc factories for over 30 years. The quality of our tanks is demonstrated by the fact that some of the original tanks we manufactured are still in use at the plant today. Electrolysis tanks with a long service life are a profitable choice from both an environmental and investment perspective.
Fiber-reinforced plastic gutters, platforms, and railings
In addition to tanks, we manufacture a variety of fiberglass-reinforced plastic walkways, maintenance platforms, gutters, and railings. These products are also acid- and chemical-resistant as well as flame-retardant. They are also electrically insulating, which makes them well suited to the zinc production process. The product can be manufactured so that the protection is either in the surface coating only, or so that the entire product is flame-retardant and/or chemical-resistant.
All products are manufactured according to customer drawings and requirements. We can deliver both the electrolysis tanks and other products in installation-ready form, making installation easy and fast. We also handle the transportation of the products ourselves within the nearby Ostrobothnia region.
